facebook degrades our motivation.

Why Motivation Fails?

It's easy to start a bad habit, but difficult to stop it.

It's always difficult to adapt good and easy to break it.

Here both statements lead in a negative way isn't it?

Here are some examples to support above argument.

          We all know how much time we spend on facebook which is 80% waste and it won't build our career isn't it? Realizing that we decide to stop using it, but we can't. This is because we tend to find the advantages of using it.so we get back to what we don't want to do and loose our track. We all set some resolutions, but we fail to cope up. Ask for yourself why we fail. Did u get it. Answer is nothing but a small excuse (or) causes.

Here is a second statement example. I reckon waking early in the morning is the best resolution we took, but failed to continue with it isn't it? Reasons may  vary,but those are simple ones that's for sure.

Now take a while and get pen and paper. Now divided the paper into two halves by drawing a line. left  column, keep the heading as bad � to good and the right  column  heading as good to bad  .its time to put u r mind to test write down thing which fall under this categories. After doing it, now stop and think. do u think u need to motivation to overcome it.I don't think so because who knows about u more than u do.all u need some correction in way we think.

"Impossible is nothing."

"You are where you are and what u r because of yourself- no one else."

"The end is just another beginning."

from now on when u read a quotation feel it and apply then to real life.

"Failures are stepping stones for success." it’s a famous quotation, when u retrospect and learn from u r mistakes u will be successful, but some people use this for an excuse.

People and quotes will trouble u in making decisions all u need to do is to follow u r heart.
